How do I get an account?
If you receive the "Life Lines" email then your account should already be created and you should have received an email to that same address with instructions on how to finish setting up your account.
If you don't already have an account and would like to get one, please send an email to casey.hergett@gmail.com with the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Preferred email address (if different than the one your using to send me the email)
Once your account is created you will be sent an email with your new account information.
